Running for Fitness Group
Well done to all our runners who completed the Couch to 5k programme on Wednesday night. This is a terrific achievement by each and every one of you and serves as an inspiration to those yet to stick on a pair of running shoes as well as our seasoned club members!
Larne AC would like to invite you all (and any other interested runners) to come to their Running Fitness group starting on Tuesday 3rd June. This group provides an ideal way for all runners who have caught the running bug to continue to enjoy your running in the company of the new friends made through the C25K and it will take the form of an easy run accompanied by Larne AC club leaders and members.
For Tuesday night’s session the meeting point is Drains Bay car park and for those interested it would be good if you could arrange to be there for around 6:45 for a quick briefing on how our training sessions are orgainsed.
