On the Sunday 9th April, 4 Larne AC members took part in this year’s Titanic Quarter 10K with a field of 800+ runners. The ever growing race, in its 11th year, is renowned as the official warm up for the Belfast Marathon also part on the Novosco 10K series.
It was David Noble who led the Larne contingent home, he finished in 35th position with a time of 36.35 new PB for the distance. Next home for the club running his second race of the 10K series was Sean McAllister with another very strong run with a time of 40:12 in 102nd. Sean was follow home by the club ever improving Thomas Morrow with another great run with a time of 43:22. Next was Mark Todd using this event in this preparation for the Belfast Marathon with a time of 44:52 in 199th position.
