Lisburn Half Marathon

On Wednesday 19th June, four club members participated in the Lisburn Half Marathon. Race conditions were perfect, a lot cooler than recent years. The route remained unchanged and was well supported as always. 1st home for the club, head & shoulders above the rest was Alan Lockington (1:39:23). Thompson Crawford (1:43:12) was our 2nd finisher, making his Lisburn half debut & treating the race as a training run for the upcoming coast rd marathon. 3rd home & best club performance of the night goes to Bernie Regan (1:52:13) gaining an age category victory. Last finisher for the club, 5 mins faster than last year was Andrew Davidson. (2:03:46).
Congratulations to all our competitors & thanks for representing the club.
